I’m a new member of this elite society known as Motherhood. I can’t promise that you’ll agree with everything I say on here. Crap, I might and will probably even offend some people with the things I have to say. And that’s okay. Start a blog about how much you don’t like me. I’ll probably read it.

 

Before I get started, I feel the need to tell you straight up that I LOVE lil’ Reagan so much! Yes, it’s true that I love her best when she is sleeping (kidding!), but nonetheless I love her, despite anything that I might say here, and I feel that it’s important that you know that from the very beginning.

I’ve learned that motherhood is full of hysterical moments, huge shocks, disgusting things under my fingernails, horrifying smells and much irritation about how I don't know what I am doing. There’s all the joy too, but that’s the stuff you’ve already heard about. There is stuff that you won’t hear about because other moms might think you don’t love your baby enough, but I started with that, so I’m off the hook and will always tell it like it is!

I am extremely sarcastic. If something I say here shocks you, chances are I’m joking…

I am the mom who makes you feel better about your parenting…
